By requesting or paying for services from Vanntta Digital Services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Vanntta Digital Services provides website design, software development, payment setup support, maintenance, and related digital services.

2. Quotes and payments

Project pricing is based on scope. Work may require a deposit before commencement and a final balance before launch, file release, or handover.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide correct business information, content, images, access credentials, and timely feedback. Delays in client feedback may extend delivery timelines.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on scope, revisions, content availability, and third-party systems.

5. Third-party services

Payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, email providers, and other third-party platforms have their own terms and approval requirements.

6. Intellectual property

Final client-owned website content and approved deliverables are handed over after full payment. Reusable code structures, frameworks, and internal tools remain the property of Vanntta Digital Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
